Product introduction:
It is used in extrusion composite production of plastics, plastic/aluminum foil composite films, etc., especially for hot-melt production of battery packaging films.
The equipment adopts the chaotic mixing extrusion technology, multi-layer co-extrusion technology, high peel strength technology of "Huilong" company, etc.
Product advantages:
More energy-saving: instead of using blown polypropylene base material, multi-layer co-extrusion is used to shorten the process flow;
High precision: precisely control the temperature of post-heating treatment, so that the composite film containing 40μm aluminum foil is completely wrinkle-free;
High peel strength: The peel strength of the composite film can reach 16N/15mm, which fully meets the packaging requirements of power batteries;
