On March 5, 2026, Yao Jiageng, Deputy Secretary of the Luoding Municipal Party Committee and Mayor; Zhang Dongxiong, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Director of the Luoding Municipal Bureau of Agriculture and Rural Affairs; and Nie Zigaо, Deputy Director of the Luoding Municipal Government Office, together with more than ten local notables—including Xu Shuxiong, Ou Zhanguang, and Huang Guixin from the Luoding Chamber of Commerce in Jiangmen—paid a visit to the Heshan Production Base of Huilong Plastic Machinery Co., Ltd. for an inspection and exchange.
