WORLD'S INITIAL TECHNOLOGY! HUILONG'S NEW MACHINE USING DOUBLE ZERO TECHNOLOGY SUCCESSFULLY PASSED ACCEPTANCE!

[Abstract]:
In April, 2018, Double Zero technical demonstration held in Jiangmen Huilong Polymer experimental center of Huilong at site.More than 30 customers from domestic China and overseas amzed by it.
In April, 2018, Double Zero technical demonstration held in Jiangmen.Managing Director Mr Xu Jincai made a speed and specifically introduce Double Zero Technology and the latest patented technology of extrusion laminating.And also, new machine using Double Zero Technology has demonstrated in Polymer experimental center of Huilong at site.More than 30 customers from domestic China and overseas market quiz for the new techology and amazed at it. 
 
In July, 2018, first extrusion laminating machine using Double Zero Technology has successfully passed acceptance and hand over to customer.
 
 
 
 
Using world' initial and latest technology of Double Zero extrusion laminating technology to increase peel strength. It realize Zero VOC discharge during process and Zero organic solvent residue and Zero tox in product. It can be applied in medicine, flexible packaging for fodd.Except for the traditional extrusion laminating technology,it also gathers scientific and technological innovation in extruder, T-die, modified resin and substrate surface treatment for enhancing bonding,etc.
 
 
I. Reason for R&D
 

Currently, State of China supervise strictly towards drug and medicine and take drastic measure to the unqualified packaging. Packaging film for containing drug and medicine should follow two basic requirements: 1)Non toxic, harmless and odorlessness; 2) With high barrier property.Certain oxygen and water vapor shall be obstructed before expire date.

 
 
 
Following risks is existing when using laminated product with polyurethane:
 
1. Big smell
 
2. Huge solvenet residue
 
3. Tox in glue monomer and Toxic glue monomer transfer
 
 
Problems in the three common laminating mode are as followed:
 
 
1. Dry lamination:
 
Advantage: Product can be boiled at high temperature;Convenient production;Investment less
 
Disadvantage: Inadequate solidification: toxic;Big smell;With bubbles and white points;
                          With bubbles and white points
 
2. Solventless lamination:
 
Advantage: Low production cost;Convenient production with high efficiency;Low investment
 
Disadvantage:Inadequate solidification: toxic;Big smell;With bubbles and white points
                         No bonding strength  as soon as it’s manufactured  
 
3. Tradition extrusion laminating:
 
Advantage: Non-toxic(Water base AC agent without organic solvent);No smell;
                     Discharge of organic solvent
 
Disadvantage:High production cost(Price of adhesive resin is high );Low peel strength;
                          Machine should be run continuously;Big investment for machine
 
 
II. Technological difficulties: 
 

 

1. Peel strength: Peel strengh between layers without using adhesive glue
 
2. Processing properties: Speed and temperature
 
3. Cost: Cost of the extruded material
 
 
III. What's the new in the new technology?
 
 
World's initial extrusion laminating machine for flexible packaging with zero solvent discharge and zero solvent residue.Except for the traditional extrusion laminating technology,it also gathers scientific and technological innovation in extruder, T-die, modified resin and substrate surface treatment for enhancing bonding,etc.
 
1. Higher peel strength between layers reaching 2N/15mm or above;
 
2. Sufficiently removing of the solvent residue in ink layer;
 
3. Simpler processing technology; removing AC coating and reducing cost;
 
4. No VOC discharge during production;
 
5. Healthy and safe adhesive resin for extrusion.
